COPE GME
CopeGME - A team of psychiatrists and psychologists offers confidential one‑on‑one check-ins for residents. These sessions provide space to process personal and work-related experiences that contribute to stress and emotional exhaustion. No records are kept, and all discussions are confidential. Although check-ins are not mental health treatment, CopeGME clinicians can help connect residents to ongoing mental health services when needed.
