General Information
The Office of Well-Being | Columbia University Irving Medical Center supports workplace well-being at CUIMC through mental health resources, improved systems, and community building
Wellbeing Best Practices Toolkit draws on the CUIMC Well-Being Framework and Survey results and can be used either as a step-by-step guide or as a resource for ideas to support local well-being improvements

CopeColumbia promotes collective well-being and resilience by sharing evidence-based coping strategies, enabling peer support, and fostering an inclusive, compassionate culture for CUIMC and the broader Columbia community.

Confidential virtual one-on-one sessions with a psychiatry faculty member focused on stress management and coping strategies.
Peer support groups to enhance stress management and resilience
