Explore themes of weaknesses/concerns of the program (based on various data which have been collected).
Build camaraderie, enjoy food/time together

Ensure there are SMART goals/actionable steps to take away from retreat--> each chair/committee can incorporate into the year's action plan (leadership, PEC, Wellness, CCC, CFCMSO, ARC, etc)
